What are HSA and FSA accounts?
Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts let eligible individuals set aside pre-tax funds for qualified medical expenses. Account rules and availability vary; check your plan’s requirements.
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?
A Letter of Medical Necessity is documentation from a licensed practitioner explaining why a purchase is medically necessary for a specific condition. Truemed’s independent practitioners issue one only when clinically appropriate.
Can I pay without an HSA/FSA card?
Depending on the merchant integration, qualified customers may be able to use a personal payment card and submit for reimbursement. Follow Truemed’s instructions and retain your receipt and any required documentation.
Does everyone save 30%?
