Our Quality Promise is a limited guarantee that covers products not performing as intended within one year of purchase. If something isn’t meeting the standard it was designed for, we’ll work with you to replace the item or provide a reasonable solution. Items that fall outside these criteria will be handled according to our standard Return Policy.

Every Avancus product undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it performs at the highest level. We believe one year provides ample time to put your gear to the test and ensure it meets your expectations. After that, if a product shows a clear defect, we’ll still review it on a case-by-case basis.
All quality-related concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your item is within one year of purchase, our team will work with you to provide a solution that directly addresses the issue.
To process a quality return, we’ll need to see the item and a valid proof of purchase. This can include your original receipt, order confirmation (email or physical), packing slip or purchase history from your customer profile.
If you're unable to provide proof of purchase, such as in the case of a gift, we may request identification to verify the claim.
