Processing
Orders ship from our US warehouse, within 2 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. During launches, drops and sale events like Black Friday, processing can take longer.

International
We ship worldwide with DHL Express. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Duties and taxes: international orders may be charged import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country's customs, not by Avancus, and are the customer's responsibility. For details on what to expect, contact your local customs office.
Tracking and delivery issues
Track your order with the link in your shipping email. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are the carrier's estimate and can be affected by weather or carrier delays.
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, email info@avancus.com with your order number and we'll help.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email info@avancus.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
