1. Processing Times
- All orders ship within 2 business days.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
- Carrier delivery times begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Note: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or major launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

United States (Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order total, and selected delivery speed.
4. Shipping Days
- Orders ship Monday through Friday only.
- Weekend and holiday shipping are not available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.
To monitor your order:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.
6. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Wait the full estimated delivery timeframe. Carriers may mark packages as "delivered" up to 2 business days early.
- Check around your property and with neighbors, as carriers sometimes leave parcels in safe spots.
