We want you to love the products you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 10-day return window to file a return. Start Your Return.

10-day Return
We have a 10-day return window for products on our site (excluding items discounted 20% or more). The return window begins once your package has been fulfilled.
In the rare event that you've received an incorrect product, are missing a product from your order, or a product is damaged in any way, please email us on .

Return standards & conditions
We accept returns for both refunds and exchanges for the USA only.

Exchanges can only be requested for the same product in different sizes.

If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different product is requested, a refund will be issued.

Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.

Items with piling may be subject to denial.

Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Any returns that are delivered outside of 10 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact us on if your return is delayed unexpectedly.

If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 10-12 business days.

Can sale items be returned?
Any product that is discounted 20% or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Although ineligible for returns, products marked final sale are still covered under our Warranty Policy.

Defects and/or Damaged Goods
At Avancus, we take great pride in the quality of our sports footwear. While it is rare, we understand that issues may arise with any physical goods across any industry.

If you receive defective and/or damaged goods, please email with photos so that we can send you a free replacement pair.
