We want you to love the products you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 15-day return window to file a return.

Return Standards & Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items meet these conditions before returning.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and not put through a dryer
  • No animal or human hair
  • No glitter, powder, skin cells, or any residue
  • No strong odors, including smoke, detergent, cologne, body spray, etc.
  • No marks or stains, including deodorant
  • No excessive pilling

Returns and exchanges are accepted for orders shipped within the USA only.

Exclusions
  • Items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Packaging & Liability

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping return items using the label and instructions provided through Happy Returns.

Avancus is not liable for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged due to improper packaging or shipping errors.

Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Delayed or Exceptional Returns

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from returning your order within 15 days, please reach out to info@avancus.com before sending your return. We understand that things happen, and we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Final Sale & Warranty
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • However, they are still covered under our Warranty Policy for manufacturing defects.
Processing time

Please allow 5-10 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing.

If your return hasn't been processed within that timeframe, email info@avancus.com and our team will expedite it.

If a return or exchange is denied, you'll receive an email notification explaining why.

Damaged or defective items
  1. Email info@avancus.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include clear photos of the defect or damage.
  3. Our team will verify and send a replacement at no additional cost.
