1. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you wear. If your order doesn’t work out, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Please note: Returns and exchanges are currently only available for orders within the United States.

2. When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are typically:
• USA: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–4 business days via DHL Express
Please allow extra time during peak periods like Black Friday.

3. What’s my shoe size?
Avancus fits true to size for most customers. If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend choosing the larger size or reaching out to our support team for a personalized fit guide.
